Nice! 3 lb loss. I dont know what happened, but I guess that is like that gain. I needed that today anyway.

I have a cold and feel cruddy! :-( I ate nicely last night, and rode my bike even while feeling like crap.

We are busy at work, and that is a good thing. Good for focus, activity level and all that. My job has a good value, we put bombs on targets! XD
I like to think of the email we help flow though, sailors getting pictures of babies (or something else, who knows!). Anyway, I love my job.

Slept really good last night. Snuggled in blankets and sweating out whatever crud I got. It was a good night.

Lots of schoolwork beginning in a week. I will be in 4 classes at once. That is essentially double time. The classes are 3 windows classes (super easy), and a Unix Programming class. I am a Unix Guru, so no worries there either. I should be able to skate through, it will just be busy work. If I organize properly, it should work out.

Wow - you re-grouped nicely and had a super loss. Good for you. I hope you feel better soon. I agree, whatever job you are doing that helps the men and women serving our country is important and essential!
