Did pretty well, could have done better, especially on the weekend. I really have to watch what I eat then because I have not been recording the weekends lately. I have a Total Gym now, so I can beging strength training. Hopefully, next weigh in will show a change.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
