My husband and I decided that this week is the week we would start regularly exercising. So, we went to our local walking trail and walked 1.5 miles. It makes a difference in the way you feel! Our plan is to complete 2 miles the next time (Wednesday), or at least do more of the difficult part. I walk about half of my day (at work), but not uphill, and not so quickly, so that was a good challenge. Challenges bring changes! 9.4 lbs left to reach my next goal!
