Massive caloric restriction + exercise. Protein shakes for breakfast.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 147.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

other than guacamole what are you eating that is high protein, low carb, low sugar and low calorie? I too do better with high protein, low carb. Thanks
