Good loss this week. HFLC with IF. One meal per day. 2/3 fat calories and 1/3 protein. The only carbs are from baby spinach or avocados.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
