Suzan's Journal, 27 February 2007

Weighed myself this morning so sure I'd see good results and I'm up a pound and a half. My period is over, I've been adding some running to my half hour, and I've hardly strayed at all from the diet. I was so upset I cried. But I'm not giving up. I'm switching my oatmeal from the "Weight Smart " that has 310 grams of sodium to regular. Not nuts with it, I'm going to cut out wine during the week and add more water drinking.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Don't kick yourself too hard. I'm sure you're healthier, which is what really matters. :)

Try the steel cut oats as the book suggests. They aren't bad!

I'm rooting for you too! The numbers on the scale aren't always the best indicators of progress.
