I have come to be advised that my weight gain has been attributed to the lack of good bacteria in my body. I am now taking probiotics to assist with the bloating and enlarged stomach. Back to the first of the month when PMS symptoms are in effect, I'm going to take a break and just do what's right for my body. Exercise, eat in moderation, drink plenty of fluids and take my vitamins
