Wow! 2 pounds lost over this crazy weekend. Between the parties from my oldest graduating high school and Memorial Day, I ate a lot of things that I shouldn't have. But I kept pretty active. Today, it's back to eating what I should.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
