Blood Pressure 116/74 Pulse 70
Yesterday, had a hard mental day and napped, then slept more. No intentional exercise, just rest.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 111.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
