Aargh!!! Seriously? I'm up a pound and a half in one day! Ah well. I'm going to claim water weight gain. :) I've been obsessively sticking to my diet and I know there are swings but geez.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
