Stair steps.....

Today's Food: Grapefruit, Chicken, Spinach, Grissini, Strawberry, Shrimp, Asparagus, Grissini.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
