So today I am up 2.4 over LSW and I should be doing a steak day today. But I was up very late last night and have to work this morning cause it is my weekend to cover saturday at the call center....I also was woken up with pms cramps in the night (which are normal for me) and am just feeling tired and hungry today. I think this is mostly PMS bloating and water weight. Plan today is to watch my carbs and get in plenty of protein and healthy vegs and if I still need a steak day tomorrow will do it then. We will have to see how it goes.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
