I got right back on track yesterday, and the scale rewarded my this morning. Now If I can just get through the weekend with the family, it will be smooth sailing again for awhile. This weekend I am relying on my Dog to help out, by his taking me on lot of walks.
So fingers crossed and mouth closed I'll be back to post on Tue with at least the same weight.
