Haven't weighed in, in a while. Been to see a nutritionist called Neil and I am now on a 8 week plan. I am documenting everything I eat and drink. Supposed to consume 2,160 calories a day, but I believe that this is too much as I am only burning around 400 calories a day. I was hoping to have burnt more, but have been monitoring this with my heart rate monitor. Hoping to burn fat and tone up. Meeting with Neil again tomorrow to weigh in and measure.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
