It's nice to see that I only gained 600 grams after Indulgence Day. Many times before, I have gained several kilos, that will then disappear over some days.

Let's hope that I gained less and then lose as normal, bringing me a good chunk down over the next week.

It's Sunday. Bad is canceled, as I have strained some muscles around my chest. Major ouch. :(

I'm still super motivated. I feel no urge for sweet. I think I have found a few new motivators in my every day life, and I really like that.

Here is a picture of some of it:

Yup! That's right! Wife and I got bikes! Now we just gotta get our butts out there and use them.

Sadly it's a little late in the year to start biking, soon it will get really cold, and potentially icy, but I'll take what I can get. Then with it gets too cold, they'll be put in the basement and wait for spring. It's still a whole lot better than having no bikes at all.

Today I am thankful for:
- A great day with my brother and his family yesterday.
- Bikes!
- Mornings with Wife.
- Se7ven on the big screen at home this morning. It's a "serial killer movie" kind of day.

Life is good!

Wow... For the bikes ...... I remember a time when you were horrified at the thought of exercising LOL.... How things change - for the good :-)

I know, Pam! Not sure if these changes are healthy! LOL. I feel that I am getting back to where I need to do more. Which is great, because I firmly believe that this feeling comes when I am getting over my recovery...

Cool! Congrats on the bikes, they look pretty neat. Hopefully you can make a habit out of it like I did. You have the opposite weather, and probably more dangerous because of the ice and cold.

Yeah, JP. I think we'll have quite some limitations to our bicycling shenanigans over the next months. However, we've been wanting bikes for a while, then my brother put these for sale. He's a trained bike repair man from years back, and even if they are old they are in top shape. So we got a decent quality bikes for a bargain. Can't say no to that.

LOVE the pic, Keld. Lots of warm weather stuff. I don't know the temperature where you are, but wear layers and get a good pair of gloves. Here we bike as long as it's at least 35 degrees F. Ride on, Ridah!
