Even with eating horribly over the holidays I was able to lose a bit of weight this week by starting boxing and drastically changing my diet. If I can maintain this weekly weight loss I’ll be where I want to be by April.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
