Day 5 on Keto weight down nearly 5 lbs. I like Keto,but I also love veggies. This time I am doing a modified Keto, and if I go over the 20 Grams no biggie. I need to make this sustainable and ignore all the extra useless advise.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A health keto diet should be mostly veggies.

I like veggies too. I am the same if I go over 20 because I ate a lot of veggies (rather than cheese etc) that is just fine. Good luck. Hope to hear what you do with your veggies
