I was kind of ditzy yesterday and forgot to put that the last time I weighed myself was last month.
So 7 pounds in a month? I'll take that. :DD
209.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
