holiday's are over. not bad. gonna try keto or at least a half assed version of it. limiting carbs worked well previously. the 1st week sucks. here goes nothing:)
205.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
