i have started to excercise using the weightwatchers active link. now that there is a nifty little gadget.

185.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb. Still to go: 55.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.5 lb a week

I'm thinking of purchasing the ActiveLink monitor, but I'm wondering where do you have to wear it? Can you conceal it, or do you have to wear it on your belt, etc? Thanks!
