Good Morning All! It is a great day is my world.

I keep thinking it is Thursday (My Friday). That kind of sucks but oh well. It is a good week. Astronomy exam tomorrow for more credits and to fulfill a physical science requirement.

New record low, 204.0 today. I am happy, excited, but not too surprised.

Last week I did not set a new low and it was just a fluke. I am noticing Wednesday seems to be my best day for hitting consistent lows. Thurs/Fri is a crap shoot. I write my weights down on a large calendar, it is easier to visualize than the bar charts thing on FS honestly, at least from week to week. Maybe I should not weight in so much, lol.

Yesterday's bike ride was hard core. I took off for the port hard with wind at my back, and tried to set a record. My damn phone/strava did not record the segment (boo!). Anyway I rode back against the wind, and went hard. So today I have soreness in my abs, legs, all over and it feels great. I am doing the same thing tonight too! I am excited.

Congrats on the new low...again (damn you)...204 is awesome...but I'm coming for you, and I brought my exercise clothes to camp this time...so I will be hitting the gym after dinner everyday (that's the plan anyway)...I may not beat you to 200, unless you stumble...but maybe to 190!! Later. (cookies are off limits...ummm, after today)

Awesome news Madjak! I knew you would get in a groove up there are camp! Kind of like this island, they say there are 3 things that come out of here, Hunks, Drunks, or Chunks (Fatties). I dont know if they are giving you guys booze up there, so you may only have Hunk or Chunk as an option, lol. Anyway, Good on ya man!
