Up a bit to 206.2

I was lazy last night and rested my bones. I ate ok yesterday, and stuck within RDI and ate healthy foods. I can feel muscles coming up my legs from my rock hard quads up to my tight ass!

Yesterday I did a lot of work at work (egad!). It was good as I have been slacking. Just like Jess, nobody notices, lol. It is the way it is for 90% of us. Our efficiency is horrible, but out society determines we cannot or will not work like slaves. It is what it is.

Dealing with some health issues with my daughter. She is an epileptic, and we are dealing with some changes there. It super sucks for sure. Anyone who has healthy kids be grateful, as there is nothing like having a sick one, as in permanently sick. It is tough beyond tough. But we deal with it and go on.

Tonight is bike ride, hard intensity. I need to come up with a training plan. I have one in mind, and read about a beginner/medium one this week. It includes two long rides on weekends. I will almost need 2 cheat days to do it. lol. That or some RDI modification that allows me more food on that day. I need to ask my FS friends for recommendations on that aspect. I dont know many who exercise 2-3-4 hours though and burn as much calories as their RDI. Hmmm....

Anyway, off to workey.

Have a great day ya'll .

What kind of bike are you riding these days? It must be super lightweight and have fab new tires!

I have an Motobecane Phantom 29er mountain bike. It was mail order because in this country the bike shop is dead smack in the part of town we are supposed to stay away from, and I feel Trek's are overpriced. Buy anyway, yes my new tires roll much easier and faster. One problem is if I go into sand, which happens a bit, i sink and or slide. So I am unsure if I will stay this route or go with something wider with less of a knob.

Nice bike, John! I looked it up - beautiful ride, I bet. I have a Specialized Expedition that costs about 1/3 or less than the price you paid! Just goes to show you, the better the equipment, the better the performance! Right now, I am lucky if I ride 10 miles at a pop - my bike is nice but not really meant for distance.
