Today's food will be: Grapefruit, Steak, Onion, Strawberry, Shrimp, Cucumber, Toast
154.4 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Be careful if you are taking an antidepressant. Not supposed to mix it with grapefruit.
