Good Day All.

Down to 206.0 to start the week. It is a good spot, lol. Like I said last week.

So many times in this journey I feel like I stalled. I just have to whip out my motto's and keep plugging onward. As long as I dont bail out, it's all good. I can see on my wall calendar easier I am still moving in the right direction.

I have been biking harder, probably eating more, drinking drinks with calories in them while I ride my bike. So, my focus now is more to support my cycling rather than eat just within my RDI. I cant go around feeling ill, sick, or having massive headaches. So I do what I do to support my cycling. Its rough sometimes to hold back on eating. Really hard on the long days, which is Friday. I may need to increase my long rides to two per week, I wonder if that means I get two cheat days?

Today my entire lower body is hurtin in a good way. I rode my bike all weekend, long ride Friday, 16 Saturday, 20ish Sunday. I will probably ride short today, but hard. I think my only day off will be Thursday.

Anyway, Work is busy. Not in a good way.

What kind of bike are you riding these days? It must be super lightweight and have fab new tires!
