In haven't followed as well as I should of. I went out with a friend last night to a movie and I ate sooo much popcorn. That could be my reason for gaining. I need to start tracking everything, I do eat good meals and always stay at my point range (except for last night) I just need to track.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Popcorn has a lot of sodium. It could easily cause a slight gain. Just drink some extra water today. You will be fine. Good luck!
