Stomach was not happy yesterday. I had a good day but the afternoon and evening was misserable, specially after dinner. Guess I'm still getting used to the new diet. My body isn't getting the grease and sugar its used to. lol
316.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
