Slowly. Good to have the lifting back. I never seem to lift on holidays. I guess it's what happens when your favourite gym is in your basement. Oh. That's Marshall in my photo. He got to using me as furniture over the break. I loved that! (Wife was jealous.) :D
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
