It is looking like 2100 calories will maintain my weight. My plan is to continue to lift weights and hold my weight at 200 for the rest of this month. Then I plan to drop another 5 pounds to 195. I think that will be my final goal.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
