This is the first time in months that wt. has gone up. I missed my wt. training workout on Tuesday, and I have missed my evening walks with my sweetie. Unless I am exercising daily, I have to keep my intake to less than 2100 calories per day.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
