I was able to workout 3 times this week. That really helps.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

This was the first week since June 12 that I kept my weight down without tracking my exact calories and exercise every day. I am hoping that I learned enough about my diet during the 3 months that I was keeping track, that I can now apply that naturally.
