Ate too much at dinner last night (although it was all relatively healthy stuff). We had some friends over for dinner which and I grilled some pork-chops and freshly picked garden veggies. Workout went well this morning – I ran for an extra minute (so in total ran 3.5 miles in about 31 minutes).
