I probably only lost a pound because I had to take a laxative last night because I cant go the bathroom normal yet post surgery. I have not been following the plan. I find comfort in wheat pretzels and low fat ice cream. I cant wait for this week to be over and to get back to work so I get off the couch and back to a normal daily schedule. Monday I am going back to basics- phase 1...not to lose weight just to retrain again. I am keeping coffee but all else is gone. I will start checking in regularly. I know I havent been but I need to be here for support and to support. That is how I survived before.to be honest, I would trade pounds for all the stretch marks and dimples. I could easily be happy at any weight without those. I think that is my problem. I see many women that arent skinny skinny but look good and have a nice figure without all the skin flaws that go with weight gain and then loss. I know that I need to lose some more in my thights and rear but with all the skin flaws, will I ever be happy? Any ideas. I know that exercise is key but I want to be able to do a series of leg exercises and see results even if someone told me to do a set of exercises five times and week and in 6 weeks you wont have cottage cheese thights, then I would do it. I hate the dimples, strech marks and flab. Sorry all, it had to be done. I am done now please ignore todays journal but I needed time to wallow in self pity. Best wishes to all of you smashers!

We're with you, and you should feel bad at all rather have a look at how much you've achieved! You've done so well so far

Good to hear from you!!! So, you're recovery is going well?? Listen, we all have our flaws.....some we will honestly never get rid of. Unless your able to get plastic surgery, and who wants to go through that??? I know I'll NEVER be able to expose my belly because of the deep purple stretch marks from carrying my two handsome sons!! I bet a really good personal trainer could help with isolating certain areas....I don't know the answer. I just look at your chart and think to myself how well you're doing and how I wish my chart looked that fabulous! You're awesome, no matter how many dimples you have - always remember that!
