It's hard to say how much of my weight loss is from me following the diet and working out or due to the fact that my old scale was ghetto. I have a feeling that at least 2 pounds of this dropped just by using my new scale. I guess I can still take credit for the loss though because I have lost the weight, I just didn't get recognized until I bought the new scale this week.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
