I am a 27 year old teacher in Kentucky. I have slowly gained a lot of weight since being married in 2003. Now that I have two kids (ages 3 and 1) I need to be more conscious of my weight so that I am around for my kids when they need an active dad around.

Left Overs
I have slowly been getting better about finding low point alternatives to eat. However, I have frequently caught myself leaving all my points until dinner lately. I know that WW says to only eat until you're full and that you must eat all of your points everyday. What do you do when you feel full but you still have points left to eat Question

Fat, and not lovin it.
I started two weeks ago too! I've lost about 25 lbs. but I'm not sure exactly how much I lost as a direct result of WW. I love the freedom of the flex plan. I don't feel too constricted because I can eat whatever I want (as long as it's worth the points). Keep on truckin!
