Ok so messed up yesterday on my last day of spray but I am still less than 2 pounds from my LSW. Today I will stick mostly to protein and veggies.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 June 2010:
1998 kcal Fat: 102.65g | Prot: 178.02g | Carb: 96.71g.   Breakfast: 100% Premium Chocolate Whey Protein, Ginger, Flaxseed Seeds, cabbage, Apples. Lunch: Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Venison Sausages (100g per serv), Braggs Almonds, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat). Dinner: Quick Blender Hollandaise, Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), Venison Sausages (100g per serv). Snacks/Other: Pumpkin Seed Cheddar Crackers, Raw Almonds, Balance Nutrition Energy Bar Caramel 'n Chocolate. more...
