Gave in and started medifast with dh on aug 27 weighing 160. As you can see i hadnt been tracking my calories. Medifast's pretty easy and the meals are satisfying. But I've had probs staying on plan when we have social gatherings. So far each weekend I have gone off the plan by drinking alcohol or eating big portions or high fat foods. Trying to be better this week but have a big party to go to again this weekend!
