Dehydrated and way down today – clearly didn’t drink enough water last night. Workout today went well and I am starting to get back into the swing of things at work.

Sleeman's is a Canadian beer. Poutine is a French Canadian invention -- a heart attack on a plate: fries with cheese curds and gravy. Swiss Chalet is a Canadian chain that has really good rotisserie chicken. All tastes from home :-).

OMG! poutine sounds wild - two deep fried items with gravy! (At least in Minnesota, cheese curds are deep fried!) My downfall always was anything deep fried - which I avoid now during this loss phase. You are doing great and I am happy for you!
