Up 5.7 pounds and that is purely my fault. I haven't been eating well and I've been drinking soda again. I've binge ate and it shows. Ugh. I've made another appointment with my therapist to go over this and see if there is something else I can try. I'm also seeing my nutritionist next month. Soda tears my gut apart and pretty much had that experience today at work. That's not fun, let me tell you. Tomorrow is a new day to make better choices. It's also pay day, so I can grocery shop. Woo.
261.7 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 121.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you looked into keto. If you are prediabetic it should help. Although I am sure you have talked with doctor and nutritionist already
