Made it through the holiday while sticking to my diet. I was able to convert our favorite pumpkin roll recipe over to keto friendly. It was a little dry but absolutely delicious! I'm currently working on converting some of my favorite recipes into keto friendly. The pumpkin roll needs more moisture so I will probably add more pumpkin, eggs, to the next one as the first one I made was a big hit even though it was a little dry.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
