Feeling so good about myself filling my cart with fresh fruits for my family (I am in wave 1 so no fruit for me yet)and fresh vegetables and whole grain bread and brown rice. I also run my own home daycare so since the children almost always get for lunch the leftovers from our dinner the night before, they will be eating extremely healthy with of course a little treat after, if they eat their good foods for me :)Have to compromise a bit with 2-4 year olds. We have already got them converted from the small chocolate or sucker treat they use to receive before leaving each day to raisins or apples on the way out the door. It was quite a challenge at first but they are handling it nicely now.
I feel proud to be cooking again for my family instead og fast food.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
