It is an awesome feeling to step on the scale each day and see it moving down. My stomach is not bloated anymore and I feel sensational.

Down another pound and my sugar readings also are getting better. My family also is getting use to not having junk in the house.
On my table is a basket of fresh fruit instead of the Doritos that normally sit there :)

Down a pound this morning after time of month for a week urggg.
Loving this plan still and can see myself doing this for life. My family is actually starting to enjoy the food and I hear less whining about wanting junk food.

Day 3 and I am still here LOL. I am loving the food on this plan and have so much more energy in just three days. I am holding a little bit of water weight today after my roast beef last evening which I added boullion cubes to the broth in the crock pot to add flavor and the sodium from that made me hold water today. Lesson learned I guess. I keep forgetting that with the added seasonings I do not need the heavy salt for flavor.

Day 2 and I am feeling great. I love higher protein and less carbs because it makes me feel full longer. I do still have my morning diet coke like I have for 23 years and do not intend on giving that up any time soon. I am making lots of new changes so I figure I could keep my one little security of my diet coke every morning.
I'm going to keep journaling because I don't see much action on these boards so I want to leave something for newbies to refer back to when they need support.I have read some journals on here and they inspire me, others have given up and restarted so many times that I think they just gave up.
