Nothing like family crisis to curb your appetite. I fully expect that when this knot gets outta my stomach, I will likely bounce back at least a pound. UGH. It's not even worth counting the last couple of days. I have eaten practically nothing.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
