Hello Folks. The good old 2 day weight gain from cheat day. 208.8 today.

I could attribute it to muscle after my monster bike rides and proper recovery treatments. I ate pretty good yesterday.

I made some kick ass crock-pot chicken that is Mexican flavored. So we have a base for a lot of healthy meals. Probably high in sodium from the Taco Mix, but they did not have low sodium where I shop. I got Sour Cream for the kids, and of course I had a dollop.

Studied and did homework all day yesterday. Wife's colonoscopy went well. They said her colon was "pristine" and referred to it as a back passage, lol. Foreigners.

Anyway, off to more schoolwork/study. Have a good day ya'll.

Did my 16 mile spin this AM, took 1 hour 10 minutes.
