Ok, so I've been struggling a little bit with eating good the past few weeks, but I haven't gained much weight. I will be back on the eating good train as of now (except for Father's Day). I wanna get to my goal weight of 220lbs.
WooHoo!
232.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
