One week of tracking if my food intake. I was very pleased when I weighed myself this morining. I lost three pounds this week. It is very encourging and will help me this week for more good results.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
