Surprised it wasn't more, the way I ate this week... also, not enough exercise :(
132.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, HCB. You're right, of course. I just worry that I'll get lazy...and I so don't want to backslide.

You and me both, Baxie - I think staying on fs and being honest here will help - you're still doing fine, as HCB says.

It's not a bump in the road... barely a small hiccup. Just by taking note of it, you're doing the right thing. Maintenance seems so much harder than losing weight. I guess it's all about tweaking things until we find the proper balance. Everyone is right; you're doing fine.

Thanks everyone for the kind expressions of confidence...I think it's true that maintenance is tougher, in a way, than losing weight. Speaking for myself here, I have to say that relaxing the rules gets me very easily to losing control :( Dadgum it! I want to be naturally thin! LOL.
