Got my newest Blood test Results. I am reallllly happy with them: TOTAL CHOLESTEROL.......175 Good Cholesterol.....71 Bad Cholesterol.....104 TRIGLYCERIDES...........59 AVERAGE BLOOD SUGAR.....84
Disappointed in my scale today. Up again! I hope this is water weight. I was up really late so did not get enough sleep and also sprayed late in the evening.
