Back from another string of work travel with several 5 hour plane rides that aren't great for an injured neck. Ended with 5 hours of driving, also less than ideal.
No travel planned for a while. Hopefully that will let me heal a bit before getting intrathecal steroid injection.
In the meantime, I'll spend times with the dogs before heading into work at county hospital today.
Nothing makes you feel better than helping other people. Move the focus to relieving other people's problems, less space left for your own discomfort.
