I've tried really hard for last two weeks and although I havn't felt I've gone without anything, I've been more careful and taken lunches etc. I've done less exercise for last week because I've been too busy but looks like controlling my food has helped
173.3 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.8 lb a week

Thanks, I ended up putting it back on this week when I went on holiday :( but I figure I will just have to do it again!
