Camm's Journal, 29 April 2008

I lost 4lbs last week. I'm not following the Fat Smash Plan. I've just cut out bread and sugar. I'm eating lots of fruits and vegetables and a little meat. I also worked out 5 days last week. I'm doing 35-45 minutes of cardio depending how I feel that day. This week is going to be busier so I plan to hit the gym at least 4 times. Now that I'm back in the habit, I don't sleep as good without working out.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
